Petzl SEQUOIA Shoulder Straps

The Petzl SEQUOIA Shoulder Straps are padded shoulder straps, also known as suspenders, designed for the SEQUOIA and SEQUOIA PLUS tree care harnesses. They transfer part of the weight from the waistbelt to your shoulders, helping reduce fatigue during long climbs, heavy saw work and extended time in the canopy.

The straps are widely spaced to limit chafing on the neck, and adjustable buckles let you fit them to your torso. A removable sternal strap makes them easy to put on and take off. Three webbing straps connect to the harness with the three MINO accessory carabiners included.

Torso mode for SRS climbing

In Torso mode, the shoulder straps keep your SRS ascent system raised in front of your chest for a more efficient climb. The ascent system connects to the sternal strap with an accessory carabiner such as a MINO (not included), and three connection heights let you adapt the setup to your body size and system.

The SEQUOIA Shoulder Straps attach to the upper waistbelt attachment points of the following Petzl tree care harnesses. Check the reference on your harness label before ordering.
