CM Lodestar Classic Model F 1/2 Ton Electric Chain Hoist

The CM Lodestar Classic Model F is a 1,000 lb (1/2 ton) electric chain hoist built for concert touring, theater, live events and rental fleets. It lifts at 16 ft/min with a 1/2 HP hoist-duty motor in a single-reeved configuration, runs on 230/460V three-phase power and has a shortest distance between hooks of 14-1/4 in. (362 mm).

Every hoist ships as a complete package: 1/4 in. hardened steel load chain for your selected lift (60, 80, 90 or 100 ft), the matching chain bag (MPDH 16S for 60 ft, MPDH 20S for 80 to 100 ft), the MPDHV1CL chain bag bracket, your choice of power/control connector and optional Hoist Spring Loaded Handles V1. Units come prepped with our standard swivel LatchGate hooks by our CM-certified technicians.

Both the Classic and Next Gen Model F lift 1,000 lb at 16 ft/min with a 1/2 HP motor. The Classic uses an electromechanical brake, the CM Lodestar Protector and a screw-type limit switch, and has the shorter distance between hooks (14-1/4 in.). The Next Gen uses a heavy-duty DC brake, an adjustable clutch outside the gear train and a 5-pocket liftwheel.

Which connector should I choose for the CM Lodestar Classic Model F 1/2 Ton?
Choose the connector that matches your power and control system: Dual Twist (L16-20 power with L14-20 control), C7 or P14. The L14-20 versions add an auxiliary individual control. Choose No Connectors if you will fit your own. The hoist runs on 230/460V three-phase power.
What hook and handle options are available for the CM Lodestar Classic Model F 1/2 Ton?
Every hoist comes prepped with standard swivel LatchGate hooks. CM Latchlok hooks and rigid hook suspensions are available on request through a quote. Handles are optional: choose No Handles or Hoist Spring Loaded Handles V1 when you configure the hoist.
